1. First, go to this link Create Broadcast Channel  
2. Then click on the Request Access button and choose any option to submit. That's it, you've successfully applied for Early Access to the Broadcast Channel. 

Note: Only those who have 10,000 or more likes on their Facebook page/profile can access this feature early.

Now, go to the page where you've received access and click on the Channel button. Then, click on Get Started.
